Özet: In this study; we have designed a very sensitive detector that running between production and packaging units in the factories and controlled by microprocessor. Products pass from the designed detector and whether it have iron inside or not is controlled. If any iron fixed, about its size; it will be given information from the LCD screen which on it as the same time it have a voiced warning mechanism. Then, it activates the pneumatic devices prepared so that not to go defective products packaging unit. So, defective products removed from production belt due to the piston arm. As a result; We obtained very good results before packaging the final product control. The results of analyses carried out indicated that the controls performed with this system provide less time, reliable and consistent diagnosis and that they are feasible in real life.
