Özet: Solar radiation is the cosmic radiation and it can be varied within the season. The atmosphere can absorb some of those radiation and thus earth can be protected. On the other hand solar radiation reach to earth should be known. For this purposes the global solar radiation has been estimated in Isparta for the period of 2008-2009 using Artificial Neural Network where monthly average temperature, humidity solar time monthly average pressure were input.
