Özet: Public houses have been constructed to meet the increasing housing need according to high population rate. It's observed negative effects in mass housing construction caused by the defects in pre-desing, desing and construction phases. The most important condition to avoid this situation is to investigate the compliance of social and physical opportunities with end user expectations. In this study, after 1999 Maramara Earthquake, goverment supported mass housing have been constructed for the purpose of permenant dwelling in Sakarya.End users satisfaction grades about mass housing constructed after this earthquake and their expectations from housing and its environment have been evaluated according to demographic and economic properties of users population. Statistically data have been obtained with questionnaire released to end users of mass housing. This data have been evaluated with different analysis in SPSS.
