Özet: In This study, single-story masonry residental structures, constructions costs, is estimated by using Artificial Neural Network (ANN). For this type of application,usually found in a masonry housing project has been designed. After that, similar to the architectural features and the project has been designed in different sizes of 21,issued quantities of each project, the Ministry of Public Works, construction costswere determined using the Unit Value of money. These data formed the basis of anartificial neural network model. Modeling the external dimensions of the structure, characteristics of the input vectors of the building area and creating the basic structure, cost structure, the output is used as a vector. The results obtained with this modeling tables and figures are interrupted. As a result of working wiht flor plans from which to estimate the cost of a single storey masonry houses with ANN model created within the acceptable error rate of 5% was obtained at cost.
