Özet: Since the global climite change shows its effect clearly in recent years, it is very important source to determine the variations and trends of precipitation, Run-off and temperature paramaters for planning and designing water resources. Therefore, in this study, since the global climite change started also affecting Turkey, precitipitation and temperature parameters of the city of Afyonkarahisar in Turkey using the mountly and yearly data between 1929 and 2011 are determined by treating the data to the Mann-Kendall and other regression tests. As a result of this study, it is seen that there is no a meaningfull statistical trend in the yearly temperature and precitipitation data. However, when we studied mountly temperature data we saw that there is an increase in trend at 95% confidence limits in between June and July. And for the precitipitation data, it is found that there is a decrease in trend in May but there is an increase in the trend in September.
