Özet: At unsignalized intersections, estimation of capacity, inter section operation systems, traffic safety analysis and simulation operations, analyzing the time head way sand driver’s behaviors at micro level is very important. In studies up to now, generally round about flows have been examined. In this paper, three unsignalized T inter sections have been choosed. These unsignalized inter sections are similar about their geometric features. The time head ways have been examined at micro level. Traffic volumes and time headways values are obtained to description main road flows by observations. To interpret differences between traffic flow behaviors, exponantial, shifted negative exponantial, gamma, lognormal and cowan m3 distributios are used to evaluate the time headways. Consequently, the best statistically distribution for the time headways at these intersections is tried to find. Exponantial distribution sare found to be the best statistically distributions than the others for the time headways at selected intersections
