Özet: In the study, performance values of thermoelectric (TE) modules with connected serially have been studied experimentally. Serialconnected thermoelectric modules have been run in the voltage range of 5V to 15V, and under air-cooled and water-cooled conditions. While the coefficient of performance value (COP) of thermoelectric modules under air-cooled condition is 0.57 for the voltage range of 5V, this value is 0.35 for the voltage range of 15V. In the water-cooled condition, the COP values of the thermoelectric modules are 0.12 and 0.14 for the voltage range of 5V and 15V, respectively. Considering all of the experimental results, it was obtained that the cooling capacity values for air- and water-cooled system increased depending on increasing of the electrical power applied on the system. Also, it was observed that the differences in the response rate under the same conditions
