Özet: The notion of "human rights" refers to the compilation of all the rights of an individual that he/she possess for just being a human since his/her birth, and that can not be intervened by either government or other individuals. In Turkish legal system, the norms concerning human rights, which are under the special protection of the constitution, are hierarchically superior to the other constitutional and legal regulations. Despite having some deficiencies and incompetencies, recent amendments in the Constitution by TGNA, actually is an important step taken towards developing a liberal system of fundamental rights and freedoms
