Özet: This study is conducted with the aim of revealing whether of corporate social responsibility CSR perception of “The Oilseeds & Agricultural Sales Cooperatives Union of Thrace” Trakya Birlik employees vary or not in accordance with demographic features. For this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed to 102 employees working at Head Office. The study population is obtained by means of complete inventory. The results revealed that the employees’ perceptions of CSR and its sub-dimensions economic, voluntary, moral and legal responsibility has not varied in respect of gender, education and position at work. However, the perceptions of the employees concerning the economic dimension of CSR and its sub-dimensions has reflected variance regarding the age factor and variance on their perceptions about CSR and its economic as well as voluntary responsibility with regard to the total working period
