Özet: Many types of microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, fungi and protozoa that form the intestinal microbiota; physiological adaptation, diet, drug consumption vary greatly due to many factors such as. If the microbiota is affected negatively by these factors, it is called as dysbiosis. There are many relationships between the intestine and the brain, the results of the biochemical reactions of the enteric neural network, vagus nerve, immune system and microorganisms. This linkage between the brain and the intestine may be the trigger of neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's in the case of dysbiosis. In recent years, the use of new treatment modalities such as prebiotic, probiotic and fecal transplantation is very important in the neuropathological relationship between the brain and the intestine.
