Özet: One of the biggest sector in Turkey is the construction industry. The important point in the sector is to get permission from the institution to which it belongs, regardless of the type of structure. Within the boundaries of municipal zoning or adjacent areas or within the boundaries of the special provincial administration, the first stage is to take the zoning diameters for the construction of residential, commercial, industrial, governmental, health and religious facility areas. Zoning diameters are the first stage for obtaining license and settlement reports. Zoning diameters, discrete, block, adjoining plan type of planned or unplanned type zoning regulations of the relevant institution and within the framework of the plan notes, the drawing distance on the ground is to show. The purpose of these zoning processes, which are available in various versions, is to provide comments on proper urbanism. Netcad, Autacad, Ansys, Microstation and so on. can be done in all package programs. In our study, by producing the samples in Netcad program, necessary documentation about zoning diameter was created.
