Özet: Abstract Teacher behavior is an important factor which determines the classroom climate, and even though classroom climate can affect the learning processes in a positive way it can also affect them in a negative way. The main goal of this study is to examine the relationships between the students and the teacher in two classrooms with a positive and a negative classroom climate at a vocational high-‐‑school with regard to hidden curriculum. In order to do that, classrooms with a positive and a negative classroom climate were determined using Student’s Perception of Classroom Climate (SPCC) Scale. In these classrooms the relationships between the students and the teacher were examined in terms of hidden curriculum. In both classrooms, in-‐‑depth interviews and observations were conducted. Then, 438 pages of data were examined and descriptive and content analyses were done. When classrooms with positive and negative classroom climates were compared, some significant similarities and differences attracted attention. For example, “noise” appears as a very significant factor in the classroom with a positive classroom climate. In vocational high-‐‑school groups, classroom management training can be provided for teachers.
