Özet: The meaning of the word, the way to go some where, the concept of management, which is defined as the direction, is based on the history of mankind. Humanity is always inside with the concept of management through out its life. The main feature of the science of management is the combination of methods and information developed by different disciplines. It is possible to partition these resources as follows. The first of these is actually the contributions of practitioners in business life. The second is the academic circles that conduct academic studies in the fields of business management and management organization. In addition, it is possible to count the contributions of consultants as a result of their studies. After the industrial revolution, the presence of businesses in almost every area and the fulfillment of their functions in many different fields have made different definition sabout the enterprises. This situation is also seen in defining management consultancy. The management consultant is the person who undertakes the task of guiding those who are left in the maze of management and who have difficulty in finding their way.
