Özet: In this study; the mechanism is modeled and manufactured to allow different bodies to be trimmed in a fully automatic manner without operator intervention according to the models. With the completion of the study, it was possible to change without any loss of time and without operator intervention. Errors and time loss are eliminated. Modified stripper plate and punches according to the model programmed with the automated system, without operator intervention, the wrong model eliminates female male matches. The number and quality of the number of internal plastic body machined in the unit period has been increased. The disadvantageous situation that threatens the health and safety of the personnel required for the mold change process during the process has been minimized.
