Özet: A new ent- kaurane diterpenoid was isolated from the ethanol extract of Euphorbia hirta, and elucidated as 2β,16α,19 -trihydroxy-ent-kaurane (1), along with two known ent - kauranes, 2β,16α -dihydroxy-ent-kaurane (2) and 16α,19 -dihydroxy-ent-kaurane (3). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis including 1D and 2D NMR techniques and HRESIMS evidence.
