Özet: A new pericarbonyl lignan (1), named amaurolignan A was isolated from an ethanol extract of the fruiting bodies in Amauroderma rude of family Ganodermataceae, together with two known lignans, 4-methoxymatairesinol 4′-β-D-glucoside (2) and lappaol F (3). The structures of compounds (1-3) were elucidated using NMR and MS spectroscopic methods.
