Özet: Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq. :Pers.) Roll is a grey edible mushroom (Agaricochaete), containing a variety of vitamins, minerals and different kind of secondary metabolites. Two new terpenoid indole alkaloids (Terpendole N and Terpendole O) were isolated from the fermentation of P. ostreatus. Their structures were elucidated by 1D, 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS, and ECD.
