Özet: In thıs study, it will be focused on Evzai’s life and identity of islamic law living in second hijri century that is the owner of absolute interpreter and communion. Evzai’s family life, where he lived, his scientific voyages are mentioned and what kind of gains he had in these voyages. Moreover it will be pointed the method of Evzai that he used to reach the provisions from the evidences. İt will be stated that the in the cations which are the most used by Evzai who known as an İslamic law in addition to being a traditioner. However; in order not to exceet the cantent of the study, it will be emphasized that just edille-i erbaa he use and how they are ordered while used from these indications. Additionally, it will be stated that to which idea and tradition leader is closer Evzai.
