Özet: This study was carried out in order to determine the conflict resolution methods used by health care providers to resolve conflicts. Within the scope of the research, the relationship between sociodemographic characteristics of the participants and conflict resolution methods was determined. November 2017-December 2017 Koan hospitals operating in Istanbul have formed the universe of the study. Anyone participating in the research by not referring to any sampling method constitutes the universe and sample of the research. Data collected for the research were analyzed in SPSS 20.0 program. As a result, employees in the health sector can face many conflicts during the day. The manager must manage the conflicts in accordance with the interests of the institution and the employee. The literature on the subject for the survey to be used was scanned and the scale of the uterine organizational conflict was decided to determine conflict resolution methods.
