Özet: In the research, we aimed to the development a valid and reliable teacher rating scale toward determine the level of presence ready school of freshmen at the primary school. The Research datas were collected from 26 teachers and 620 freshmen at Izmir primary schools. In the study; exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were made, item-total correlation coefficients were calculated for validity. Internal consistency reliability coefficients of Cronbach's alpha were used in the context reliability. For the result of the exploratory factor analysis were made on the obtained data; The scale consist of 4 factors and 33 items. it is understood to be a valid and reliable scale from the reliability and validity analyze.
