Özet: This study has been examining, the shape of representation in visual and printed media of “thinner addicted” children pushed into the street, the approachment of society to the thinner addicted children and implementations of development process in the field of social policies to those children. For this purpose, it has been studied with sample cases how effective media’s approachment on the perspective of society’s to the children pushed into the street. Moreover, it has been examined transformation of understanding of “saving the street from the addicted children” and also the understanding of “saving the addicted children from the street”. It has been studied a sample case based on the addicted child case, by analysing the subject it is concluded that how effective is only security oriented detective measures on the future of thinner addicted child.
