Özet: Actually violence has many aspects. Lynch and spiral of violence are in a position to have impacted the entire life. Historically, the lynch has been seen to be more visible and increasingly dangerous since the past. But there is no factor of a single cause of violence or a single theoretical perspective when attempting to explain violence. Thus, this thesis, which deals specifically with violence at the micro level, made meaning through different opinions. Bourdieu's "symbolic violence" and Collins's "tunnel of violence" conceptualizations are the approaches that constitute the theoretical basis of the thesis. In this thesis, which is based on a qualitative research through these approaches, it is discussed with the case study technique that "Is lynch a sociological phenomenon?" On the other hand, in the study, the tweets that were taken on Twitter in the virtual lynch examinations were examined while the first two forms were examined. In the form of physical lynching, a lynch event resulted in death and other lynch events that experienced physical violence were presented through news channels. In the case studies, it is seen that from the beginning of the thesis, there is a sociological phenomenon that can be realized in every field of the lincin society and at any moment. In the past, which have since taken care of in the near future will further increase the size of sociological thought lynching, both in Turkey and in this context has brought a number of comments and suggestions on lynch the world.
