Özet: In a globalized world where competition is increasing day by day, the fact that qualified employees are seen as an advantage for organizations increases the importance given to human resource management practices. With these practices, positive business behaviors are observed in employees. One of these positive business behaviors is organizational citizenship behavior. The concept of organizational citizenship behavior is expressed as the extra effort that individuals have shown in addition to their duties and responsibilities to the organization. This effort is the behaviors that the employee voluntarily makes to contribute to the goals of the organization. In this study, it is aimed to contribute to the literature by studying the dimensions of organizational citizenship concept, important factors in the emergence of organizational citizenship behavior and the results of organizational citizenship behavior in terms of enterprises.
