Özet: AIM: Children as a new generation, are precious for continuing humanity, thus basic requirement is love, for growth, development and for evaluative perspective. This Article mainly on the lyric explanation. Grounding Aspects: Under the Turkish Deontological Standards, Wikipedia, and mostly personal thoughts are the constructed items. Introduction: Life span at Human being is not so long, thus, to be healthy is increased and physically and cognitive being active person. The new generations as a children, for future presence, so, they are precious values, not among the family, for the humanity. If not satisfactorily the rights are compromise, the government, under Turkish Law, and International Child Rights, be taken legally care and serve to them. Under humanity, adults, families only be basic fundamental duty, for the over civilized person, love and be loved. General Considerations; The care of children is first to be noticed, the responsibility taken person, or family, not be in love and respect, under Law, the child be taken to the institutes, and care given places. If not love given places, not allowed, for developing children. Proceeding: At this Article, not official approach, mainly poems for lyric to indicate the philosophy and ideas..
