Özet: In this study zooplankton samples taken from 4 stations from Peri Stream between April 2009-March 2010 were determined and their seasonal changes have been observed. During the study 10 species from Rotifera, 3 species from Cladocera and 2 species from Copepoda and Nauplius larvaes were identified. Rotifera was fond to be the dominant group amoung other groups. In all samples Rotifera species were recorded. Keratella cochlearis from Rotifera, Ceriodaphnia reticulata from Cladocera and Cyclops vicinus from Copepoda were found as dominant species. Spring has got the highest species diversity and number of individual, winter has got lowest species diversity and number of individual. Zooplankton species recorded in Peri Stream is important in terms of being the first record.
