Özet: Aim of this study is to analyze that how delegated legislations which were legislated after 15 July coup attempt altered duty and authority of governors. Scope of this study includes only delegated legislations which were started to legislate after 20 July within the context of state of emergency. To examine this alteration in governors’ duty and authority, body of current law analysis was used in the study. In this analyze the findings indicates that authority of governors on law-enforcement officer increased clearly and coordination, providing public safety and public interest duties of governors was strengthened.
