Özet: During the first years of the First World War, the biggest problem forthe Ottoman State in the east Anatolia was the Armenian events. Despite theOttoman State’s good will for the Armenians, some measures had to be taken.Due to the increasing turmoil, rebellions turning to betrayal, dire life conditionsof the people behind the front line, the Ottoman State was compelled to enactthe law for the relocation of the Armenians. On the other hand, for relocationsthe state took serious measures concerning the route security, nutrition, andaccommodation. Relocated Armenians received land and properties suitable totheir financial situation before their migration
