Özet: This paper aims to see in entirety the picture in which Armenianterrorism and the Armenian terrorists spring to life. To that end, thecharacteristics and the targets of Armenian terrorism were determined withthe methods of research and analysis of literary science. The data thusgathered was evaluated using a comparative method. It has been observedthat the French revolution was a turning point in the history of terrorism. The revolutionary slogans and symbols, while lighting a fire under freedom, also led the way for terrorist acts. In recent periods, the countries aroundthe world lean towards cooperation with the maturity of accumulation ofknowledge and experience of hundreds of years. The common reactionshown towards the terrorist attacks in France on 7 January 2015 can beconsidered as a signal of this tendency. In this picture, the phenomenon thatis determined by keeping track of the phases of progress and transformation theOttoman Empire experienced from its period to today is that Armenianterrorism was resistant to a great extent and had a mutation depending uponchanging conditions
