Özet: In this study, occupational health and safety and risk assessment analysis were handled at the welding workshop of a metal industry that produces tractor cabin and other parts of agriculture business. All operations in the welding work shop were examined and risk assessment was carried out with Matrix and Fine-Kinney Methods for every factor causing work accidents and occupational diseases, mainly welding gas and ray damage improvement store duce risk in all the locations with a high level of risk, studies have been conducted. a) It is proposed to strengten or replace protectors around the source to reduce the effect of radiation on other people. b) In order to prevent spreading of welding gas in to the workshop, each bench specific extract or power is fixed and a hood suitable for the welding area is designed. Economic and practical local ventilation devices are designed to reduce the direct effect of welding gas on worker ship and lessen the risk to acceptable level. All the high risks identified in there source workshop and the improvement efforts submitted to the process have been reduced to acceptable (moderate) levels.
