Özet: The article presents the implementation of the project for establishing Centres for Employment and Social Assistance in Bulgaria in the period 2015- 2017 as a model of the provision of integrated employment and social assistance services aiming at increasing the efficiency of coordination and work in Employment Agency and Social Assistance Agency and enhancing social inclusion. Services and provided support are analysed and conclusions and recommendations are drawn on the need of better evidence and data on their functioning so that to create reliable instruments for assessment of activities and outcomes.
