Özet: This quantitative study aims t o identify the effectiveness of human resource management in attracting private sector employees at the United Company for Installment Selling Limited in Saudi Arabia. The problem of research is that the efficiency of human resources management in attracting employees is not known and is not exactly defined, which means that achieving the objectives is also unclear. The descriptive analytical approach was applied. Three axes questionnaire was designed: the first is the measurement of performance and polarization assessment, the second is the organization's environment and its relation to polarization, the third is the efficiency of the organizational management systems and the polarization. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of (100). The findings revealed that: the company relies on the provision of information and tools to perform tasks and provide material incentives for new polarizers. Human resources management takes advantage of the polarization process and makes gains by attracting competencies and providing training for itself. The success of human resources management in the polarization process has been characterized by varying success rates among the investigated samples.
