Özet: Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common benign tumor of the major and minor salivary glands. Seventy percent of the minor salivary gland tumors are pleomorphic adenomas and the most common intraoral region is palatinal. They are mostly in the form of painless masses with unilateral and slow growth. A 57-year-old female patient was admitted to our clinic with a slowly growing, painless swelling in the left buccal region. Clinic examination and radiographic evaluation was determined painless, firm and intraoral expansive mass in the left maxillary vestibular sulcus region. The lesion was enucleated together with its capsule under local anesthesia. It was reported as pleomrophic adenoma after histopathological examination. No recurrence was observed during 9 months follow-up. In our case and literature, there was a parallel between pleomorphic adenoma age ranges, distribution rates, diagnosis and treatment, follow-up times and examination.
