Özet: Customs Law No. 6455 Amending Certain Laws and Decree, with the judicial or administrative aspects of the joint efforts of some institutions and with the intellectual support of Supreme Court’s 7th department, entered into force on 04.11.2013. With this law, to be able to resolve doubts regarding which of the legal procedures should be done in the direction of the several fuel smuggling laws, fuel smuggling provisions of the Fuel Market Law was transferred to main smuggling law No: 5607, as well as additional regulations introduced in both the law aims to ensure that the fight against crime activity
