Özet: It is a natural wish of people always want to make their transaction as quick and easy at trade of the developing world. Express Cargo Freight System has been developped as one of the arguments to response this need and it has become one of the most used tools of today’s international trade. However, the current legislation of Express Cargo did not responsive to Turkey’s fast-growing international trade in recent years. To overcome the shortcomings of the existing legislation of Express Cargo a number of changed has done. For this purpose, firstly serial number 4 of Customs General Communiqué about Post and Express Cargo Freight was removed on 03/10/2013, then great something in application was changed on 08/11/2013. In this article; will be made to give detailed informations about that Express Cargo Freight regulations, utilized the exemption, control of goods, sanctions and also the new system has brought what of acquisitions for users.
