Özet: In today’s globalized world, the effects of political, social or economic-based crises can result in devastating consequences for businesses. In this framework, during the crises the positions of the artisan enterprises, which have an important place in Turkish trade, have a great importance. In this study, the measures taken against the crises and the methods applied during crises by artisan enterprises are examined. At the end of this study it was understood that, despite the crisis being confronted, the vast majority of artisan enterprises don’t receive any consultancy service and also these services were perceived as an uncessary subject among most of the artisan enterprises
