Özet: Because of the fact that there are some differences between the Blame Law, numbered 5326, and the Customs Law numbered 4458 about prescription time periods, it is observed that some hesitations occur on executing monetary penalties based on the Customs Law. It is important whether the Customs Law or the Blame Law have to be used on the execution of monetary penalties in the context with timeout procedures. In this essay; it is not only aimed to clarify such hesitations but also tried to explain financial customs fines which take place as an integral part of customs duties by giving some detailed information about customs practices and disputes in terms of time of limits and legal solution procedures
