Özet: Globalized world, along with the permanent capital of the country to their home countries in order to attract and accommodate long-term equity investors to provide a number of conveniences. Especially the “maximum profit at minimum cost” philosophy, has decided to invest with entrepreneurs, making serious investments will perform feasibility studies has become. In this context, the countries included in the law to make investment attractive by the regulations for the development of the national economy is taking steps.
