Özet: Countries monitor or observe developments in foreign trade to develop their economies or they try to record them. The aim of surveillance applications is monitoring the developments in import. In order to achieve this objective, surveillance document is required in order to realize the imports of goods subject to surveillance. However, these surveillance applications are applied in a manner contrary to the regulations to which they relate. This brings many problems.
