Özet: From cold war to present, Nations turned towards into struggling means on diplomatic and economic fields rather than using weapons which have high destructive power on international arena. Countries using foreign trade effectively, having a strong economy and relatively having more scarce resources are often giving a loss to the countries in which they are in conflict by putting implementations into effect like preclusion, restriction or banning on foreign trade at a time when there is a political tension. Countries which are facing these kind of sanctions meanwhile can claim their rights in the international arena as well as having opportunities to answer with the diplomatic and economic means like embargo and blockade. In this article the legal options against to the sanctions on exportation of goods and service will be studied in the scope of international law. Firstly, it will be revealed that what those sanctions are, then the effect of sanction decisions on exporting agricultural goods and food products to Russia and giving service of the construction business in Russia to the Turkish economy will be interpreted with some statics and finally the legal struggling options against to these sanctions and their effectiveness will be argued
