Özet: With the end of Insdutry Period 3.0 that was charecterized by developments in electronics and information , there happened decreases in production costs and increases in production cababilities and an integration between industry and manufacturing technologies which resulted in enhancement in productivity Industry 4.0 , a long process that started at 2000s in the USA, Germany, China and Japan that included digital technologies, robots, big data, internet, cloud. As a consequence of these developments, countries have been able to gain global conpetency advantage and invest more by accelarating growth rates.Industry Period 4.0 enabled an increase in production, quality and productivity with the help of “syber physical systems” that involve common data at industry, syber power, creation of model and production bases. While therehe habe been wealth in develped countries, countries in which common knowledge is not shared face a number of problems as a result of unemployment, hunger, and increase in poverty, a process that resulted in social unrest, conflicts and terror. In the face of new World order, this paper studies what Turkey has accomplished and what has to do in the future and the duties of the Ministry of Customs and Trade in this context
