Özet: Globalization with international competition issue is increasingly having important. Especially liberalization of trade and capital activities is accelerated by international competitiveness. In this world, there are two international institutions for measuring international competition. These are International Institute for Management Development IMD and World Economic Forum WEF .Globalization Competitiveness Report is published since 1979 by World Economic Forum WEF for showing range of countries competition powers. This range points out countries potential growth rates for future situation. Real aim in here calls namely level of productiveness and reflects strong and weakness for countries. Thereby global competition strategies are determined by national level. In this study will be hold previously World Economic Forum WEF that reflects global competition ranges. Afterwards ıt is examined dimensions of positive and negative sense for policies of global competition
