Özet: There is no doubt that it is the companies of a nation that makes the nation competitive in global arena. However, public administrations are one of the main third party actors who have a significant potential to affect productive capability of firms. The corporate architecture of a public administration can either limit or leverage nation’s competitive advantage. Putting social-economical and financial benefits of citizens at the center is key to create such leverage. Thus it is important to establish a corporate architecture that would enhance strategic capability and promote rapid decision making process. In this article the minimal components of business architecture for Turkish Customs Administration are discussed
