Özet: The privatization practices that caused legal, political and economic transformation in Turkey accelerated after 2001. Because of the financial impact of this transformation, both the central budget revenues increased and the financial structure of the Turkish banking sector strengthened. In addition to the financial benefits, unemployment caused by privatization practices and the flexibility of the wages of the public sector’s withdrawal-end-of-labor sector make it necessary for the debate to be carried out in the public interest. The aim of the study is to analyze the effects of the privatization before and after 2001 in the Turkish economy on the banking sector. In the present study, which is of a theoretical quality, the issues of public benefit theory, legal and economic infrastructure and finally the analysis of financial statement analysis will be discussed
