Özet: The bankruptcy postponement way, which was brought to our execution bankruptcy law in order to correct the deteriorated financial structures of corporation and cooperatives after the 2000 November and 2001 February crises, was abolished due to the fact that creditors could not have any say in any way, the process was carried out between the debtor and the court and the judicial problems. Amendments were made to the Execution and Bankruptcy Law No. 2004 in order to ensure that the creditors and the debtor's agreements after a negotiation and the concordant way based on the court's approval are used more effectively and actively. In this study, firstly general information was given about postponement of bankruptcy and concordat ways and then two ways were analyzed in terms of economic and legal consequences.
