Özet: Hurrians are accepted as spreading the areas of starting from Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and north east of Turkey till highlands of Iran, east of Turkey and Jordan Valley and giving ancient findings belonged to Paleolithic, Mezolithic/Epipaleolithic and Neolithic eras, and also known as the creators of one of the most developed cultures of prehistoric period: the Karaz Culture. Besides, there is no distinction between Hurri-Subar societies for a significant number of scientists who have been researching Mesopotamia in thethird millenium BC. Hurrians have played very important parts among Old Near East Cultures, and it is a society of forming many political organization having a say especially at the political history of 2000 BC. Besides, according to the scientists that do research on Ancient Mesopotamia in 3nd millenium BC. That is the society known as Subar or Subartu is no other society than Hurrians that founded various political organizations which had importantroles among old Near East cultures and especially dominated political history throughout 2nd millenium BC. Today it is a fact that the Hurrian societies and its political formations engraved that period’s political history. In addition to that, the undeniable effect of the Hurrians to the culture of the that period shows itself at the literary and religious texts in hand. Also, Hurrians who were acting like a bridge between Mesopotamia and Anatolia cultures, embodies both culture in itself and ensured their survival for longer period of times.
