Özet: Introduction: In the studies show that Job satisfaction associated labor productivity, performance, commitment to work and organization, anxiety, stress, depression and burnout. Emergency medicine department workers are the most stressed group among health workers. The seriousness of the patients admitted to the emergency department, the economic problems of the emergency department staff and the working environment are the main sources of this stress. The aim of this study was to determine the job satisfaction levels of Emergency Medicine Residents. Methods: Satisfaction levels of Emergency Medicine Residents were calculated using Minnesota Satisfaction Scale. One-way Anova and Student T test were used for statistical analysis. p <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: A statistically significant difference was found when job satisfaction was compared according to personal income levels of Emergency Medicine Residents (p<0.05). Conclusion: In our study, it was found that job satisfaction increased as income level increased.
