Özet: Pakistan is a heavily populated Muslim country that has just gained its independence and is experiencing political uncertainty due to conflicts with its neighbor country India. This dense population causes the country to struggle with poverty. Problems in the country affect people’s mental health. With the deterioration of the individual comes the deterioration of society. In this sense, societies need to face and struggle with their social problems in order to develop in a healthy way. When people face problems they cannot control, they often need to take refuge in a being they believe is stronger than themselves. This entity differs between religions. In this context, while psychology examines individual behaviors, the psychology of religion examines the reflection of religious belief on human behavior and reveals some data. This work; It aims to review the studies written in the field of psychology of religion in Pakistan, to determine which topics they focus on, and to reveal the similarities and differences between studies conducted in multiple countries. This study was carried out following the qualitative research method; books, articles and thesis were evaluated through literature review.
