Özet: Mehmed Fevzi Efendi (1826-1900) as known “Edirne Müfti” lived in XIX centuriy in diffierent regions of the Ottoman geography who transact business in various field, he was thinker who grow up about religious information and law area as recognized late Ottoman scholar, literary man, sufi, professor and jurist. Mehmet Fevzi Efendi fit seventy five pieces to seventy five years of life, he has expressed ideas on various topics and they are keep up to date the view of human and unusally classification of human expression. We are try to handle in this essay delineation and dissection of human with “Hadaik-i Hamiddiyye Nâm Ahlak Risalesi” which in Istanbul University Turkish Writing Department registered number of 4187. The author outlines on the definition of philosopher’s living beings based on, which is “able to breeding, senses and moving with its will” and old culters thinkers accepted “Hayavân-i Nâtika” (the thinker/speaker alive)’s approach. However, they saw them as a common feature of all living beings, and that the element which made the human being human is hidden in his/her spirituality. Grace of human has evoluated according to Islam by the author who believed a person can seen as human but in the reality cannot be a person without knowledge and wisdom. Mehmet Fevzi Efendi usually uses sufism items which is diveded four parts that “Insan-i kamil, Insan-i mukemmil, Insan-i nakis, Insan-i munakkis”. The criter of this fundamental ideas measure explains being a good person, the most not the self benefit of person but the others, being a bad person the most not the self demage but the others. Besides this according to Mehmet Fevzi Efendi, no matter how bad person needs to have been treatten with kindness, show mercy, a gentle word to say, even he/she is not a Muslim giving gift and treats means taken morality by Allah’s morality. The author who sees human as “aim existance” approachs about some ethics rules that human is not deteriorate and those rules shows way to salvation for hearafter. Besides the scholarship identity of Mehmet Fevzi Efendi also considered to have sufi good manners, he had tolerant approach to human and thought like a group of Anatolian sufi tradition. Also according to us the author’s mystic energy which suggest solution to today’s anthropocentric trouble.
